In consideration of the engagement as a model, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, I hereby grant Rise NYFW, its legal representatives, heirs and/or assigns, those for whom Rise NYFW is acting, and those acting with its authority and permission (collectively "Rise NYFW"), the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, reuse, and publish video and/or photographic pictures of me, in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, in conjunction with my own or fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at its venue or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, for art, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Rise NYFW from any and all liability that has or may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or any subsequent process thereof, as well as any publication thereof.
I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old, and have the right and ability to consent to the terms herein, and further, that I am authorized and able to sign on behalf of all persons listed below as Model(s).
I acknowledge that I will indemnify, defend and hold Rise NYFW, and its respective officers, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from liabilities, loss, or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any injury to any person or damage to any property arising at, during or in connection with the runway showcase on February 10th, 2023.
I acknowledge that Rise NYFW reserves the right to terminate my participation at its own convenience due to non-compliance and/or violation of its company's policies.
I acknowledge that stealing or taking of property belonging to Rise NYFW, its employees, designers, and volunteers is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate discharge. Unauthorized possession of Rise NYFW property, parts, tools, or program supplies, or attempting to remove same from the venue is considered stealing and will be treated as such.
